THE CHALLENGE

Prior to the completion of the St. Vincent Hospitality House, family members of patients from outside of Indianapolis were required to stay in nearby hotels. The vision for the donor funded facility was to provide places of respite and emotional support in a residential like environment without sacrificing long term durability.

OUR SOLUTION

The facility includes 20 guest rooms, family areas such as dining and kitchenettes along with laundry areas, providing some of the comforts of home. The secluded wooded site inspired craftsman style interior detailing to create a residential feel. Care was taken to select finishes and textiles that can be easily maintained throughout the life of the facility.

THE RESULT

Four Point Design was lauded for their design that has provided a lovely environment for St. Vincent Hospital families. “We receive great feedback from our families.
