The challenge

St. Elizabeth School of Nursing desired a new look to attract and retain students and faculty and honor the school’s history, commitment and mission. Moving into a former hospital facility provided the space need for the program. Extensive renovations were required to meet the program and aesthetic requirements.

our solution

It was important that the project have buy-in from all levels of the organization to ensure a successful project. Four Point Design determined how to best help St. Elizabeth by prioritizing how resources would be used in key areas, such as the student lounge and classrooms. We created new pathways throughout the facility, integrating a new finish palette, graphics and lighting. New furnishings support both collaboration and privacy requirements, while providing integrated power for technology. Since St. Elizabeth has such a rich history, we were honored to integrate some of their existing artwork throughout the newly designed hospital.

the result

Students and faculty now enjoy new, clean, energetic spaces across St. Elizabeth’s campus. They have more reasons to stay on campus with new collaboration spaces as well as increased student resources. The project was finished on budget to meet St. Elizabeth’s specific financial requirements.
